FIVE main modules:
Employee Information - In
this module you would enter all of your
client’s pertinent contact information.
Client Information -
The employee module has more data collection
than the client module.
Daily Time Record -
In the daily time record you will enter all
your employees signed timesheet.
Job Order – The job order module is where
you will enter all job request sent to you
via phone, fax or email. Data being
collected in this module are Client ID,
number of nurses needed, hours needed, days
need, length of time need, reporting
supervisor, special skills required if
needed, client pay per hour and employee pay
per hour.
Billing & Payroll – Once a Job Order is
fulfilled and satisfied, NACSS will
automatically send the completed job order
into the billing module, where it sits until
its maturity.
